Bringing your own website?
You do not pay the $249 rebuild price for website files you bring. For an eligible browser website, Benchlight hosting starts with a 60-day free trial. A payment card is required to start; after that, hosting costs $9 a month or $99 a year. Domain registration is separate.
Websites with server code, databases, accounts, payments or provider-backed forms need a transfer check before hosting.
The fine print, in plain words
What do I get?
The finished website you saw in your preview, ready to go live on your web address, plus a copy of the website files to keep. Phone and email links work from day one, and a contact form starts sending to your inbox once it’s connected at launch.
How do changes work?
Ask from your preview. Your first round of basic changes after buying is free. After that, basic changes like wording, contact details or opening hours are $49 a round, paid up front. New pages or features get a quote first, and nothing is charged until you agree.
Is there anything to pay later?
Hosting with us is free for the first 60 days, then $9 a month or $99 a year, and we check your website every day. Cancel anytime, or take your website files and host them yourself. Your web address renewal stays with whoever you pay for it today. Outside tools you already use, such as a booking service, keep their own pricing.
What if my site has bookings or a shop?
We check those before we offer a rebuild and tell you what’s possible. Online shops and member logins are not something we rebuild today.
Do I have to buy?
No. Looking at your preview is free and there is no obligation. If it isn’t right for you, simply ignore it.
