Can I add booking or a shop to a free website?
Yes. Both modules are available on free and paid Benchlight websites. Keep your current website plan and add the module you need.
Are booking and the shop one subscription?
They are separate optional modules. Each is $10/month per website. Choose booking, a shop, or both.
Can customers book without paying online?
Yes. Start with appointments that customers reserve without paying online. You can also configure a fixed deposit or full appointment payment through Stripe.
How do I set up my online shop?
Open your Benchlight dashboard, choose your website and select the store module. Add your products and options, stock, shipping or pickup details, and store policies. Complete the guided Stripe setup, preview your shop and activate when you are ready.
Will the module look like my business?
Your booking page and storefront use your website’s branding. Customers reach them through Book or Shop links on your own website.
Does starting setup activate a subscription?
No. Setup starts a draft. You review the details and explicitly activate the module before its subscription starts.
